MN District Court Judge orders immediate changes in MPD

MN District Court Judge orders immediate changes in MPD

“Hennepin County Court today approved the proposed court order filed by the Minnesota Department of Human Rights (MDHR)”

Notice the first words – “Hennepin County Court approved…”
What is the Hennepin County Court? It doesn’t exist.
Also in the heading – “Hennepin County Judge”
There is no such judge.
Yet almost every “news” organization is repeating these things.

In Minnesota, we have District Courts for the State of Minnesota.
We have judges in the several District Courts for the State of Minnesota.
(Yes later in the press release it says it was Hennepin County District Court Judge Karen Janisch)

This is a press release on the MN.gov website – obviously written by someone with the legal acumen of Keith Ellison.

Now THAT should scare you.

And for the cherry on top, the “reporters” at CNN wasted no time in claiming king of the hill on this mountain of idiotic reporting, going a step further and called it a “restraining order,” because they just can’t help themselves, they always have to put their ignorance on full display.
